Downtown's Magee Beach

Visit the new Magee Beach which has recently undergone a facelift that extended the shore for plenty of play. Because of its bay location, there is very little seaweed and no undertow, making it a perfect location for children. Enjoy the view of sailboats, wind surfers, and shrimpers hauling in their catch, or turn street-side to watch the pedal carts, rollerbladers and passersby.
Corpus Christi Fishing Guides

Corpus Christi is a fishing paradise! With everything from flounder to sharks and flats to surf in the area. Anglers flock to the bayfront ready to test their skills. Sightseeing Tours

Enjoy the beautiful downtown skyline while you take a tour of the Corpus Christi Harbor. The tour includes breathtaking views of the Harbor Bridge which is the second tallest bridge in Texas. It spans the port and connects Corpus Christi Beach to the Downtown area.

Along the Seawall

The seawall is the jewel of Corpus Christi. The wide walkways accomodate joggers, walkers, skaters, bike riders and pedal carts with room for all. Snowcone makers and toursits with cameras in hand dot the wall where spectacular art pieces and the well known Selena memorial are located. Sit on one of the benches overlooking the water or stroll along the T-heads where sailors, shrimpers and fishing guides are at work and play.
Windsurfing, Kiteboarding

Corpus Christi has long established a reputation for great windsurfing. With Oleandar Point as the windsports base, this windy city has set the pace for the newest water sport, kiteboarding. With the U.S. Open held here annually, both sports get to wow the crowds. The newer competition,
Velocity Games, is being moved to downtown's McGee Beach for an even greater year. Visit for some aerial thrills this May 26-30.
